Silas Ramsbottom is a minor character in Despicable Me 2 and Despicble Me 3.
He is the head of the Anti-Villain League who becomes an ally to Gru and Lucy Wilde. He assigns them on their mission to defeat the evil El Macho, and eventually the infamous Balthazar Bratt.
He is voiced by Steve Coogan.
