Rayne Lindwurm is the main protagonist heroine of eXceed 3rd - Jade Penetrate and Black Package. She is a dragon with a humanoid appearance who participates in the Cardinal Lord tournament because she dreams of becoming a Cardinal Lord, even if it means having to face her sister Celestia, whom she has never bested in battle yet.
She is voiced by Endou Saya.

Rayne studies at the Belphegor Academy of Sorcery as a student and is a member of the Dragon Clan. She is also a descendant of the venerable family of Lindwurm and is Celestia's sister who hasn't been able to defeat her in battle up until the events of Jade Penetrate and Black Package.
While she is capable of absorbing most attacks due to having the toughness of the dragons, her strongest and most valuable weapon and ability could very well be her ideals, which provide her with her stubborn refusal to give up, no matter what the circumstances and the odds against her may be.
