Oggy is the main protagonist of "Oggy and The Cockroaches". He is a fat blue cat with a red nose who gets annoyed by 3 roaches, Dee Dee, Marky and Joey. Oggy also has a love-hate relationship with them. He also has a friend named Jack.
Oggy is also enemies with the next door guard dog named Bob and has a sister named Monica and lives in a house that's big in the inside.
