Princess Iris is the main protagonist of the French animated series LoliRock. She is the princess of the kingdom of Ephedia, located on a distant planet of the same name. She was brought to Earth as a baby and raised there.
She was voiced by Kazumi Evans in English, who also is the singing voice of Rarity in both Friendship is Magic and Equestria Girls and voiced Shani in the 2018 Irish-Canadian version of Polly Pocket, and by Haruna Ikezawa, who also voices Athena Asamiya im KOF '98.
Personality[]
Iris is a benevolent and selfless girl who is willing to help everyone and cares deeply for her friends as their needs are her top priority. She is willing to show forgiveness to people who have done her wrong. She is also passionate about music and enjoys performing in the band LoliRock.
Bio[]
Iris is the lost princess of Ephedia. She lived peacefully on Earth until Talia and Auriana came to town and helped her train to reclaim her throne. She's kind and docile but really tenacious when she needs to be. Her symbols are a four-pointed star and, of course, a heart.
Trivia[]
- When Iris was still a baby, Aunt Ellen told her that Iris appeared on her doorstep, before revealing that she was from Ephedia too.
- In the episode "Wicked Red", she uses her sword to fight Praxina.
- Iris is surprisingly good friends with everyone, even with those we haven't even seen yet (Shelby, Dylan, Zack Brady, Joanna, Ms. Tweed, Dan and Riley, Sandy and Felix, Ricky). Justified, as they were all friends of her before she became way popular.
- Iris is afraid of bats.
- Iris was originally going to have dark hair that would change to blonde when she transformed.
