Elsa Frankenteen is a teenage Frankenstein monster and the 14 year old daughter of Frankenteen Senior from Scooby Doo and the Ghoul School. She is friends with Tanis and Phantasma.
Elsa is tall, pale, with black hair with a white streak done up, and has many stitches on her body. Her outfit consists of a dark green dress over a light green t-shirt with chunky brown sandals.
Like all Frankensteins, her movements were a little slow, and did tend to point out the obvious; however, she is bright, strong, and tenacious.
Elsa is strong, just like her father, and she was also brought to life by lightning.
She gave her father a "portable shockman" (a play on a walkman), with a rechargeable battery that lasts for weeks.
