I think there should be this kind of category[]

Shouldn't we have a category about heroes being the antagonist towards the villain protagonists? Bannon246 (talk) 12:46, August 16, 2012 (UTC)

This category is bad used.

An antagonist hero isn't a anti-hero or an anti-villain, is a hero that is enemy of protagonist.

For example: L is a enemy of Light (Villain Protagonist)

Yes, it is true the category differs quite a bit from an anti-hero or anti-villain, for one thing it is far more specific. Technically an anti-hero can be most anything that is not a typical arch-type and or 100% virtuous. This shows we are dealing with story characters of an antagonistic nature specifically. An antagonist hero, is a hero that is enemy of protagonist of story.

many examples are protagonists that are morally ambiguosly.

Antagonist =/= Protagonist morally ambiguosly.

This needs to be cleaned up and have a lot of examples taken down. Shadow the Hedgehog is not an antagonist hero and neither is Godzilla.

Rename[]

I'm not sure renaming this category is a good idea. While generally speaking the word hero is unneeded for non-media related categories such as Touhou Heroes, I think that in this case it might be wise to keep the word heroes. Having it called just antagonists might confuse people to thinking that they can put antagonists which have no heroic traits in them instead of putting them on the villains wiki.
